All sensitive information, including user profiles and alerts history, is stored within isolated databases and encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Network channels transit via TLS 1.3 encryption layers.

3. Share Options & Controls

CommunityPulse AI does not sell or distribute organization-owned datasets. Custom alerts webhooks send events exclusively to endpoint targets specified by authenticated administration accounts.

1. Account Terms

You must maintain valid developer or enterprise-level credentials to use our cloud analytics tools. You are responsible for ensuring that all integrated sensors, coordinates, and local uploads respect legal regulations in your operating jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not bypass API speed limits, feed malicious scripts into local ingestion modals, or attempt reverse-engineering of the Vertex AI predictions layer. Abuse of processing credits results in automatic system throttle limits.

3. Liabilities & Support

CommunityPulse AI provides spatial predictions on an "as-is" basis. Real-world conditions (floods, weather spikes) may vary from model projections. Regular service is supported through our standard enterprise SLA agreements.
